1. Q. Do we Metro?

2. Q. What utilities does the tenant pay?

3. Q. What do you check on your application?
A. We check prior evictions and criminal history. We do not check credit. You needs to have a steady job and be over 21. If any of these are a problem that does not mean we will not rent to you. You maybe asked to pay a higher deposit or have a co-signer
4. Q. How do I get a key to look at a home?
A. You need to come into the office between 10-3 and give us your ID.
5. Q. What doe R.O.B. mean?
A. It means Rent with the option to buy.
6. Q. Do we allow pets?
A. Yes, But not in all units- Please ask. If the they are allowed you will need to pay a pet deposit of $100 per dog or $50 per cat
7. Q. What if I want to own but I don't have money for a down payment?
A. We have programs for people with all kinds of credit that do not require any money down.
8. Q. What if I recently filed for bankruptcy? What can I do to buy a home?
A. We probably cannot help you get a loan now, however, we can place you in a rent-to-own home and within 1-2 years we can help you get a loan.
9. Q. What if I have paid some loans on time, but I have several collections and a lot of medical bills? Can I qualify?
A. The answer is very likely Yes! We can help to finance many people who have collections and late payments.
10. Q. How do I pay my rent?
A. We accept cash, money orders & check in our office. You can mail it or put in through our night slot, if you choose to do either please put your name & address on it so we can make sure you get credit.
